For the filling: 1 kg of peeled pumpkin, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, 1 tbsp. ground walnuts.
Cook a cool dough, let it stand for 20 minutes. Divide into 2 parts, roll each part thinly with a rolling pin.

If you want to get sweeter roll, then sprinkle pumpkin with sugar.

Gently roll the dough with pumpkin into a roll, carefully blinding the edges.

The resulting sausage is wrapped in a spiral in the form of a snail. Hide the ends of the roll under the snail.

Sprinkle the baking sheet with flour and spread the rolled rolls.

Lubricate the spindles on a baking sheet with melted butter or an egg.

Send to bake in the oven. Depending on the size and number of rolls, baking takes about 35 minutes.

We combine the flour and nettle powder, mix, then pour boiling water and knead the dough, add vegetable oil.

Knead the dough with your hands; dusting and dusting the table with flour is not required. We form a tender dough in the form of a ball and place it in a plastic bag for 30 minutes, or you can leave it in the refrigerator for the night.

I roll out the finished green dough, grease the entire surface of the plate with vegetable oil, then lay out the pumpkin grated on a coarse grater and sprinkle it with granulated sugar. I roll it up and place the roll with pumpkin from green dough on a baking sheet.

From this portion of the dough I get 2 green rolls.
